Han Ji-hyun and Bae In-hyuk dazzle in blue in SBS’s Cheer Up
by tccolb

A new video teaser has dropped for SBS’s upcoming campus drama Cheer Up, providing us our initially appear at our underdog story. Centered about a college cheering squad with a extended history that is now in danger of becoming disbanded, the drama mixes rom-com with a dash of mysterious intrigue to hold us on our toes.

Han Ji-hyun (Penthouse three) plays the part of vibrant-eyed and bushy-tailed Do Hae-yi, a fresh new recruit on the cheerleading group. Right here, she meets cheer captain Bae In-hyuk (Why Her?), who plays the idealistic and principled Park Jung-woo.
The squad’s vice-captain, Tae Cho-hee, is played by Jang Gyu-ri (It is Okay to Not Be Okay), and fellow new recruits Jin Sun-ho and Joo Sun-ja are played by Kim Hyun-jin (Can You Provide Time?) and Lee Eun-saem (All of Us Are Dead), respectively.

The quick video teaser opens with our heroine Hae-yi, who speedily ties her hair and adjusts her shirt ahead of jumping into coaching and practicing cheers. There’s often time, of course, for some shared moments with Captain Jung-woo. But we do not know (however) who Sun-ho is gazing at by way of the window even though he stands outdoors in the rain. In the intermittent text screens, we study: “The most radiant and heart-fluttering story of the season.” The video then closes with our cheerleading group performing their greatest on the stage.
Directed by PD Han Tae-sub (Stove League) with writing by Cha Hae-won (VIP), Cheer Up premieres October three in the Monday-Tuesday slot.
